X Suspends Pump.fun and Founder’s Accounts

Social media platform X has suspended the accounts of crypto memecoin platform Pump.fun and its co-founder, Alon Cohen, along with dozens of other crypto-related accounts. The reason for the suspensions is unconfirmed, though speculation includes violations of X’s API usage rules or a broader crackdown on the memecoin ecosystem. Pump.fun faces a lawsuit alleging it facilitated pump-and-dump schemes.
