The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK has published a discussion paper asking for public feedback on how to regulate crypto activities like staking, lending, and decentralized finance (DeFi). The regulator also indicated it is concerned about using credit to purchase crypto assets. There is an open feedback period until June 13, 2025 and the FCA is expected to publish final rules later this year.
