Vladimir Smerkis, entrepreneur, investor in blockchain projects, former head of Binance in CIS and more recently the founder of Blum.io, has been arrested in Russia. The arrest, in connection with a case of fraud, was initiated after the petition to detain Smerkis by the investigators was granted by the Zamoskvoretsky District Court in Moscow, Russia.
