Nervos Network’s Force Bridge becomes the latest victim of crypto exploits. Analysis by Web3 security firm Cyvers revealed the cross-chain protocol was attacked for $3 million.
The attacker stole an estimated 257,800 USDT, 539 ETH, 898,300 USDC, 60,400 DAI, and 0.79 wrapped Bitcoin. The assets were then swapped to Ethereum and transferred through the Tornado Cash mixer.
Singapore-based infrastructure company Magickbase, a key partner of Nervos, announced on X that it would discontinue its bridge service. The company has launched an investigation into how the incident happened on the Nervos Network.
