Caitlyn Jenner’s Memecoin Investors Reconvene Post Judge’s Dismissal of Lawsuit

An attorney representing a group of buyers of the Caitlyn Jenner memecoin has stated they will persist in their legal battle against the former Olympic athlete after a judge dismissed the case for not sufficiently supporting the allegations of securities violations and fraud.

Caitlyn Jenner has successfully avoided a class-action lawsuit from purchasers of her namesake memecoin, Caitlyn Jenner (JENNER), following California District Court Judge Stanley Blumenfeld Jr.’s ruling on May 9, which indicated that it was “sufficient to conclude that all nine causes of action are deficient” and ruled in favor of Jenner by dismissing the entire lawsuit for failure to present a valid claim.
