US Vice President JD Vance is set to address the Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas, approximately one year after former presidential candidate Donald Trump made an appearance at the same event.
As per a notice from the event organizers dated May 9, Vance will speak to conference attendees in person on May 28, marking him as the first sitting US vice president to take the stage at a digital asset conference.
Trump contributed a pre-recorded video from the White House to the Digital Asset Summit in March — marking his first crypto event appearance since assuming office in January — and delivered a live speech at the Bitcoin 2024 conference in Nashville during his campaign.
