The US Treasury has sanctioned Philippines-based Funnull Technology and its alleged administrator, Liu Lizhi, for supporting thousands of crypto scam websites tied to over $200 million in losses. OFAC says Funnull sold bulk IP addresses and tampered with developer code to redirect users to fake sites. Two associated crypto wallets were also blacklisted in the crackdown.
