UK lawmaker Lucy Powell’s X account was hacked to promote a scam token called House of Commons Coin. The posts were quickly deleted after her team regained control. The scam token peaked at just $24,000 in value. This follows similar crypto scams that have recently targeted other politicians, including Ghana’s president.
