SEC to Not Refile Fraud Case Involving Richard Heart of Hex

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)  has announced that it will not seek to refile its securities. This refiling was for a fraud case against Hex founder Richard Schueler, who is also known as Richard Heart. In an April 21 letter addressed to New York District Court Judge Carol Bagley Amon, the regulator’s attorney, Matthew Gulde, noted, that the Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission provides this notice that it does not intend to file an amended complaint in this matter.
