Popular Ethereum wallet, MetaMask, has added the Solana network to its browser extension. This integration enables multi-chain management, allowing users to manage Ethereum and Solana transactions through a single interface.
To simplify, users can send, receive, and bridge Solana tokens seamlessly through MetaMask. They can also interact with Solana dApps within the same interface. According to MetaMask, this integration will soon be rolled out to mobile app users.
The Solana blockchain becomes the first non-Ethereum Virtual Machine network that MetaMask supports. Plans to integrate more ecosystems and non-EVM networks are underway.
