The insolvent cryptocurrency exchange FTX has initiated legal action against the NFT marketplace NFT Stars and the blockchain gaming company Kurosemi, also known as Delysium, claiming they have held back tokens that were owed. Both lawsuits, submitted to the bankruptcy court in Delaware, assert that NFT Stars and Delysium did not provide all the tokens that FTX had purchased, despite numerous efforts to address the issue.
