Joel Ferreira de Souza, the main operator of the Braiscompany crypto Ponzi scheme in Brazil, was sentenced to 128 years in prison. The scheme raised more than $100 million from around 20,000 investors. Other key players involved received sentences totaling more than 170 years combined.
