Binance has asked a U.S. court to send all members of a securities class action to arbitration, arguing users waived their right to sue under its terms of service. The exchange claims its 2019 terms included enforceable arbitration and class action waiver clauses. A judge previously rejected full arbitration but allowed claims after 2019 to be reconsidered.
